Thank you sincerely for your ongoing support and commitment to the Te Rehe Solar Network (TRSN). We regret to inform you that, due to unforeseen circumstances with our administrative provider, TRSN will be entering a temporary suspension from 31 July 2025 onwards. After this time, there will be no buying, selling or gifting of clean energy.

This was a difficult decision, as TRSN was founded as a not-for-profit, community energy provider with a genuine passion for sustainable energy. We had the proud honour of being the first peer-to-peer community energy network in New Zealand. The retail energy market has changed significantly in the last 24 months, with many smaller operators exiting the market and large energy companies merging their retail offerings, substantially reducing the availability of choice for consumers.

Please know that this is not a farewell. Your dedication to sustainable energy and community power has been invaluable and we remain hopeful for what the future may bring.

Te Rehe Solar Network is the inception of Stewart Group.

What started as an initiative to share the surplus of solar energy generated by Stewart Group’s roof panels has now grown into a thriving community network of environmentally-focused power users.
